Abstract

The pyranopyrazoles and their derivatives, are an important biological active compounds in pharmaceuticals, and used as major structure for a lot of bioactive products in organic synthesis. Herein, we report an efficient synthesis of a new class of pyranopyrazole derivatives via a catalyst free one-pot reaction in ethanol at reflux. We have prepared new pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives by using catalyst-free one-pot reactions. The mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, good to high yields, simple workup procedure, and no need to chromatography are the significant advantages of this study. The structure of the synthesized compounds were recognized from their IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra data.
