Copper phthalocyanine pigment (blue phthalocyanine) pigment from raw materials and intermediate materials were prepared on a laboratory scale. To do this, a suitable method was chosen considering the country's facilities. By the process of apple with sulfuric acid from the crystalline form β, the form α was created. The different properties of these crystals were evaluated after crystallization and in this regard, the visible spectrum of the pigment was investigated and compared with the photolucianine (non-metallic) spectrum. In the present paper, a specific and practical technique for identifying pigments is proposed by four chloroform solvents, methanol, dimethylformamide and concentrated sulfuric acid. Finally, one of the coatings used in the formulation of pigment was used.
