بررسی تاثیر عامل پوششی پلی وینیل الکل بر اندازه و کیفیت ساختاری و اپتیکی نانو ذرات (KTP) KTiOPO4 سنتز شده به روش هم رسوبی

چکیده
نانو ذرات پتاسیم تیتانیل فسفات (KTiOPO4) به روش هم رسوبی و با استفاده از عامل پوششی پلی وینیل الکل سنتز گردیدند .به جهت بررسی تاثیر عامل پوششی پلی وینیل الکل بر اندازه و کیفیت ساختاری و اپتیکی نانو ذرات KTP نسبت های مولی مختلف از آن در سنتز نانوذرات مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. آنالیز XRD تشکیل ساختار اورتورمبیک در نانو ذرات KTP را تایید نمود. بزرگترین و کوچکترین اندازه دانه به ترتیب با استفاده از نسبت مولی 1:3 و 3:1 از عامل پوششی سنتز شدند. کیفیت ساختاری و اپتیکی نانو ذرات سنتز شده به ترتیب با استفاده از آنالیز FTIR و UV-Vis مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بیشترین و کمترین قله های ناخالصی به ترتیب در نسبت های مولی 3:1 و 1:3 مشاهده گردید و کاملترین ساختار اپتیکی متعلق به نسبت های مولی 3:1 و 1:2 بود.

Investigation into the effect of polyvinyl alcohol as capping agent on size and structural and optical quality of KTiOPO4(KTP)nanoparticles synthesized by co-precipitation method

چکیده English

KTiOPO4 nano particles were synthesized by co-precipitation method with poly vinyle alcohol as capping agent. Different mole ratios of poly vinyl alcohol were used to study the size and optical and structural quality of nanoparticles. XRD analysis confirmed the orthorhombic structure of synthesized nanoparticles. The smallest and biggest KTP nanoparticles were synthesized with 3:1 and 1:3 mole ratios of capping agent respectively. The structural and optical quality of synthesized nanoparticles were studied using FT-IR and UV-Vis analyses. The lowest and highest impurity absorption peaks were observed at 1:3 and 3:1 mole ratios of PVA as capping agent respectively. Perfect optical structure belongs to 3:1 and 1:2 mole ratios.
