سنتز مشتقات زانتن بر پایه α،/α-بیس (بنزیلیدین) سیکلوآلکانون‌ها با استفاده از کاتالیزور تنگستن فسفریک اسید تحت شرایط بدون حلال

چکیده

تنگستن فسفریک اسید (H3PW12O40) به‌عنوان یک کاتالیزگر اسیدی جهت ساخت آسان مشتقات زانتن از طریق واکنش دیمدون با α،/α-بیس (بنزیلیدین) سیکلوآلکانون‌ها در شرایط بدون حلال به‌کار گرفته شد. پرهیز از به‌کارگیری حلال‌های سمی، زمان کوتاه واکنش، جداسازی آسان و بازده بالای محصولات از مزایای روش حاضر می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Tangstophosphoric acid (H3PW12O40) as an acidic catalyst has been used for facile synthesis of xanthene derivatives by the reaction of α,α′-bis (substituted-benzylidene) cycloalkanones and dimedone in solvent-free conditions. Avoiding the use of toxic solvents, short reaction time, easy work up and high yields of products are the advantages of this procedure.
