In this paper different concentrations of sodium chloride solutions were prepared and by salt spray method, corresponding powders on micro scale obtained. These powders were examined by SEM method and all of them characterized as micro powders. Micro scale NaCl powders are very applications in medicinal and Pharmaceutical studies like inhalation. The best results obtained with 17.5% solution of sodium chloride.
